If you are planning to raise fund and you need letter from us, you need to send us an email after our confirmation email requesting for the official letter to help you with fundraising.
NOTE REGARDING VISA:
All the countries except countries mentioned below will get On Arrival Visa to Nepal means you can directly come to Nepal without visa and visa will be granted after you arrive here in the airport. We will send you all the necessary travel document that might be required for your travel after your confirmation to the camp. For Indian nationals, you don't need a visa or passport, your national identity card will work for entering Nepal.
But, if you are from Nigeria, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Swaziland, Cameroon, Somalia, Liberia, Ethiopia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine you are not eligible for ON-ARRIVAL VISA to Nepal. Right now for Afghan nationals, after your selection for the camp, we need to get special government permission to get you the on-arrival visa. For other countries, then you need to get a visa before coming to Nepal by applying to Embassy of Nepal in your country or to the nearest country. You should apply and get the visa before coming to Nepal.
Gratis Visa (Visa for Free)
Gratis Visa is issued free of cost in case of following categories of Visa applicants:
- Children below 10 years except US citizens
- Up to 30 days for SAARC Citizen (except Afghanistan) visiting Nepal for the first time in a given visa Year. Afghan citizen are eligible for Gratis Visa on Arrival only upon the recommendation of Department of Immigration. If you are an Afghan citizen, you can request concerned institution inviting you to Nepal for necessary paperwork with Department of Immigration to get you Gratis Visa 'On Arrival'.
- Non Residential Nepalese(NRN) card holder ( issued by MoFA /Nepalese diplomatic missions abroad)
- Chinese Nationals
- Officials from China, Brazil, Russia and Thailand do not need Entry Visa based on reciprocal visa waiver Agreement
For others, The visa fee is 30 USD for 30 days.
