Booth options: Outdoor Space- no booth sharing.
Exclusivity Notice: NEW FOR 2025 : We allow only ONE permanent jeweler and ONE trucker hat bar at our event. Other business categories will also have limited availability. If your business offers permanent jewelry or a hat bar, you must disclose this in your business description. Any business providing these services without prior approval will be asked to leave immediately.

Features: Free admission, 30+ vendors, Beer on site, Food on site, walkable to Main St in Downtown, social district access
Vendor Fees:
$60 - Outdoor Space (10 foot by 10 foot) On asphalt. Tent required. No electric hookups, but battery packs permitted.
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
By participating in any HandCraftedMarket (“the Event”) and submitting payment, the vendor (“Participant”) agrees to the following payment policy:
50/50 Invoicing System:
The HandCraftedMarket requires a 50% non-refundable retainer to secure the Participant's space. This retainer must be paid within 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to remit payment within this period may result in forfeiture of the reservation. If event is less than 30 days out at time of invoicing, the full 100% payment will be due within 48hours.
Remaining Balance Due:
The remaining 50% of the invoice is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to submit this payment by the due date will result in forfeiture of the original retainer and the Participant’s space in the event.
Non-Refundable Payment Policy:
All payments made, including the 50% retainer and subsequent balance payments, are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the Participant, no-shows, or weather-related interruptions.
Early Payment Option:
Participants may choose to pay the full vendor fee at any time if preferred.
Vendor Acknowledgment:
By submitting payment, the Participant acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions and understands that failure to adhere to payment deadlines will result in the loss of space and forfeiture of all funds paid.
Vendor Selection and Restrictions:
All HandCraftedMarket events are juried events, meaning not all applicants will be accepted. Each application is carefully considered to ensure the best fit.Marketing and Promotion:
HandCraftedMarket ensures that all markets are marketed extensively across various platforms. NEW FOR 2025 - Vendor businesses will be promoted on the HCM website (handcraftedmarketclt.net). Vendors may also be featured on our instagram periodically(@handcraftedmarketclt). Vendors will be provided with event graphics and are expected to assist in event marketing and to utilize social media for promotion.Legal Disclaimer:
By submitting this application and participating as a vendor at any HandCraftedMarket event, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Operate at Own Risk: All vendors operate at their own risk. HandCraftedMarket does not assume any responsibility or liability for any claims, damages, losses, or injuries that may arise from a vendor's participation in the event.
Liability Insurance: Vendors are required to have their own liability insurance and shall indemnify and hold harmless HandCraftedMarket and event venue against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with the vendor's participation in the event.
Man Booth at Own Responsibility: Vendors are responsible for manning their own booths throughout the event duration and shall ensure the safety and security of their booth, products, and any associated equipment.
Tax Compliance: Vendors are solely responsible for collecting and reporting all applicable taxes related to their sales at the event in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
Permits and Licenses: Vendors are responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, or approvals required to sell or promote their products or services at the event.
Use of Photos: Vendors grant HandCraftedMarket full rights to use photographs or images of their booth, products, and personnel for promotional purposes, including but not limited to online and print advertising.
Acceptance of Terms: By signing this application and participating as a vendor at any HandCraftedMarket event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this legal disclaimer.
HandCraftedMarket reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
