OOHS XC Post Race Evaluation
These questions are for you to self reflect on your mindset before, during, and after each race. The mind is the most powerful tool each athlete has in a race and those who improve their mindset can improve their performance greatly. Please take a moment to reflect on what you were thinking before and during parts of the race by answering the following questions. Afterwards, please talk to Coach Walters, Grubb, or Schuh if you would like tips on how to improve in this area!
