•Please deposit your payment to Bank of the Philippine Islands account number 3561-0011-02. Afterwards, send the validated deposit slip with your name and your company name by emailing it to secretariat@scmap.org. If you are paying through check, please make it payable to Supply Chain Management Association of the Philippines.
•You can also arrange for pick-up of your payment. Please call us at 696.1041 for information.
•In the event that the company withholds tax from the fees, the corresponding tax certificates must be presented upon payment. Our TIN is 004-966-082-000.
•You may only cancel your booking in writing on or before 28 April. All cancellations will be subject to an administrative fee of PHP 2,000. Cancellaton after said date shall be billed in full.
•Delegate no-show will be billed in full.
