SBYSO Robert W. Demaree College Scholarship, 2017-18
Current SBYSO students who are graduating seniors in high school are eligible to apply for the $1,000 Robert W. Demaree College Scholarship.  All students wishing to apply must submit the following, prior to 11:59pm on Tuesday, May 8. All materials must be RECEIVED (mail or email) by this deadline:

3.  Personal Statement

Each STUDENT must write a one-page (double spaced) statement in support of your application that answers the following:  Please describe the major in college you plan to pursue. If your major will not be in the music field, do you plan to continue to participate in musical activities in college or afterwards?  How has your participation in the SBYSO affected your musical and overall education?  What skills have you gained?   Personal statement must be emailed to sbyso@sbyso.org, with statement as PDF or Microsoft Word attachment) or mailed to the address at the top of this form.  Must be received (email or postal mail) no later than 11:59pm on Tuesday, May 8.
