o Yoga w/ Crystal Monds of Osatyam (Tues)
o Meditation w/ Charisse Williams, leadership coach (Wed)
o Queerfit strength & mobility w/ Kung Li (Thur)
o Pilates w/ Khye Tyson (Fri)
Plus weekly emails on building immunity from Spenta Kandawalla of Jaadu Accupuncture

(Tue.) Yoga w/ Crystal Monds, managing director of Osatyam (certified at Ashtanga Yoga Mysore in India)
(Wed.) Meditation w/ leadership coach Charisse Williams (leads Masterworks and Mindfulness at the High Museum)
(Thur) Queerfit ATL (strength focus on push-ups; mobility focus on being able to sit comfortbly in the bottom of a squat
(Fri) Core strength & stability w/ Pilates practitioner Khye Tyson (founder of Kuluntu Reproductive Justice Center)
