Wizards Lacrosse club is hosting ID sessions for their 2026 season. Dates are listed below.

All sessions are at the Servus Places - Bright Dental N Field House, 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm. This form is for U13–U17 players who plan to attend A-level tryouts. Please complete the form to register and submit payment. These sessions will help us gauge interest and skill level.

I hereby release and discharge Wizards Lacrosse Club and its constituents, from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may hereafter have for injuries or damages arising out of my child’s participation in the Winter ID Camp, including but not limited to losses caused by the negligence of the released parties, or other individuals or parties involved in this activity.
I acknowledge that I am aware of the inherent risks involved in the Winter ID Camp and I voluntarily assume responsibility for any injuries sustained to my child as a result of participating in this activity.
