Viet-CARE is a community non-profit based in Orange County with the goal of uplifting our communities with compassion, collaboration, and empowerment. Viet-CARE operates entirely through volunteerism,  and relies on the dedication of inspired individuals from the community to tackle the issue of mental health wellness through education and dialogue.

Just as it is necessary to end the social stigma of mental health, everyone in Viet-CARE is authentically themselves, and we encourage you to be as well! Using this questionnaire, please let us know a little about yourself and the reason why you want to volunteer with Viet-CARE. Answers do not have to be formal and may be answered in short answers or lists.* Even if you are not able to volunteer now, we encourage you to fill out this form for us to plan and include you in our future meetings/events. We are currently looking for volunteers interested in:
          * Developing graphic designs to promote daily mental wellness activities
          * Developing mental health workshops/training and presenting them to the community
          * Research design and community-based assessment
          * Administrative support to understand non-profit operations/logistics
