Oakfield Recreation Association Survey

Thank you for participating in the Oakfield Recreation Association program this year. As parents and/or coaches of players, you are all members of the Oakfield Recreation Association. It is important to the Board of Directors that we receive feedback from you, our members, as to the quality of the job that our coaches and club are doing. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey. Our coaches and board put in a lot of time and effort on a volunteer basis. We really want to hear all of your comments: both positive and negative. The comments that you submit are shared with the coach; however, we do not share your name.
As the board makes changes based on the input from people who are in attendance at the monthly meetings; we strongly encourage your attendance and involvement at these meetings.
