MPP: Anonymous Feedback Form Spring '24
This form should be used by any mentor or mentee of the teachHOUSTON Student Society's Mentorship Pod Program (MPP). All submissions will be seriously considered and addressed with the appropriate parties if needed. As you elaborate on your feedback, please include as much information as possible to help us understand the circumstances as best as possible. You may also use this form to provide general suggestions or recommendations. We appreciate what you have to share and want to hear from you!
We care about each mentor's and mentee's comfort and experience in MPP. Although a lot of time and consideration went into the creation of the current mentoring pods, we understand and respect if anyone prefers to be placed in a different pod. You may also use this form to request to be switched to a different pod. If you are using this form for this purpose, you MUST include your name or else we won't know who is requesting the switch.
