My school/ district wants to participate in the Adirondack Farm to School Initiative!
All you need to start a Farm to School (F2S) Program is one person who is willing to champion positive changes around food access in your school. Most schools are already participating in activities that fall under F2S, like gardening, purchasing local milk or eggs, sponsoring a student environmental club, etc… This questionnaire aims to gather some information about what you already have in place to support a vibrant F2S Program. From this questionnaire we will be better suited to help you figure out where to go next, but please don’t be intimidated if right now you are just one person with a vision for change! Expressing interest, filling out this form, and asking for help are the first steps!
