Presidents' Civic Leadership Award Nomination Form
Administrators, faculty, staff, and students from Washington Campus Compact member institutions may nominate student civic leaders from their campus for the Presidents Civic Leadership Award. Students nominated for this award will be considered by their institutions President/Chancellor to receive the Presidents’ Civic Leadership Award for their campus. Students must win the Presidents' Civic Leadership Award for their campus in order to be considered for the Governor's Civic Leadership Award.

Process for submission:

1. Administrators, faculty, staff, and students nominate students by completing online form - DUE DATE: January 18, 2019)
2. Students are notified of selection by their president/WACC - February 12, 2019
3. Students register for 2019 SSWA Ceremony and Service Symposium - Ongoing
4. Students and supporters attend SSWA Ceremony and Service Symposium at The Museum of Flight - April 19, 2019
