None to One Coaching Program
This is the application for our new "None to One" Real Estate Investing Coaching Program. A six-week, online course designed to help the busy pharmacist find, finance, fix, and fill their first rental property in less than 90 days. David and Nate are taking on five (5) individuals for a beta test of this new group coaching program. Our ideal candidate will be someone who already has a basic understanding of real estate investing (either from books, podcasts, webinars, or online videos) and is ready to buy a long-term rental property in 2022. Class will meet 1 day per week on either Sunday or Tuesday,  based on the availability of the cohort.
