The Teen Advisory Board helps ambitious teens create and run programs for the Hoboken community through the library. It's a place for teens to collaborate and brainstorm ideas, with library support, to bring their visions to life. We meet monthly and, of course, provide snacks and fun. Plus, it builds leadership skills, looks great on resumes and college transcripts!

* In order to be a part of the Teen Advisory Board you must be 13yrs old or older. ( 8th grade or High school) *

* In order to volunteer at the Hoboken Public Library you must be at least 12yrs old or older*

Volunteer Hours - The Hoboken Public Library Volunteer Program depends on qualified teens to assist the library staff in providing quality services to the community. HPL Youth Services Department welcomes volunteers, whether you're seeking community service hours or simply want to give back.

You must fill out this form before you start Volunteering.

Once this form is complete you are more then welcome to head over to our Sign-Up Genius and start signing up for a variety of volunteer opportunities.
