Online Store Timeline
The average set-up time for your store is 5 business days from the time we have both the art and this request form in hand. Please send your art to kerry@dixongraphics.com.

Once the garments and colors have been selected and the pricing set for your store, you will receive official mock-ups from the art team. After the mockups are approved, we will be able to build your store.

Once the store has been closed, the turn-around time for delivery of your items is 10 business days. Stores containing embroidery may have a delayed production time.

The shortest turn-around time for an online store from the time you submit your information to pick up is 4 weeks, so please keep that in mind when scheduling your pick up date.

Pricing Your Store
There is no charge to create a web store once we have a commitment to sell at least 24 items (more info on this below).

Dixon Graphics will provide a price quote for the items you are offering. You may choose to sell the items at more than your cost as a fundraiser. The difference will be given back to you in the form of a check, or you may use the fundraising to order more garments at the price we quoted you if we have that order at the time the store closes.

We must print or embroider at least 24 of each design. If the same design and print location are used for more than one item (for instance, a left crest print on a t-shirt and a hoodie), then we combine the items to come up with the total. Embroidery is always it's own category, even if the design is the same as something we screen print.

Order Distribution
Once your store has closed, all items will be produced within 10 business days. We will individually package the orders for pickup, or mail the orders if US Mail was selected. Mailing fees will be paid by the customer if US Mail was chosen (fees are disclosed at checkout).

Distribution can be arranged at Dixon Graphics or at a location of your choosing.
