ARRIVAL LOGISTICS PLANNING: Do you need travel agent assistance? *
Please contact Ashu Mishra: ashu.travels89868@gmail.com or (+91)09997888988 for India domestic travel. You may contact him for travel assistance, such as an airport pickup from Dehra Dun to Rishikesh (if you're arriving 2-3 days early, as recommended), for taxis in and around Rishikesh, or to book your own travel to Uttarkashi or beyond if you don't want to join the shared transportation on April 7th. The Heart of Sound is not managing airport pickups for Module 2 students arriving at various times to Rishikesh. Please arrange directly with Ashu, and tell him you're Anandra's student! We recommend you re-confirm with him 1-2 days before travel.

Are you planning to arrive 2-3 days early to Rishikesh? Do you need a room at Parmarth Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh? Please share your travel and lodging plans with us. *
If you don't know it yet, please SAVE the email receipt you'll get after submitting this form, and use the link provided to EDIT it when you know your details. If you need to book a room at Parmarth Niketan Ashram before the group departure to Uttarkashi on April 7th, please email reservations@parmarth.com directly and manage your own booking. **Make sure you mention you're Anandra's Heart of Sound student!** Or they are likely to deny your room request. Please visit the Rishikesh FAQ for other hotel or ashram recommendations if you choose not to stay at Parmarth.
Your answer
Are you planning to use the shared transportation (from Rishikesh to Uttarkashi) on April 7th? (Included in your tuition fee.) *

FOOD PLANNING: If you're gluten-free, rice is available and sometimes chapati will be made from local mountain black millet or corn. If you're vegan, you can skip the curd and chai; most of the meals are naturally dairy free. If you can't tolerate spice, you'll want to supplement with your own food supplies from home. The loving Indian chef ladies don't make things spicy at all - by their standards! - but those who are extremely sensitive to chillis will want to skip some of the vegetable dishes. Our food is prepared by an ashram, and they can make reasonable accommodations for our needs. If you have numerous or unusual food needs you'll be responsible to manage them on your own. *
Required
DAIRY: Is a little bit of locally-sourced fresh dairy (butter, ghee, milk, paneer cheese) OK for you? *
Required
SPICE: What is your spice tolerance? *
Required
GLUTEN FREE: Options will be available at every meal. Are you 100% gluten free? *
Required
Do you have any other food concerns we should be aware of? Again, you're self-responsible so do please plan accordingly. *
Your answer
When sharing a room, I want to share with: *
Most rooms are doubles. Some rooms are 3-room suites, and you may be paired with up to 2 other people. Single rooms are very likely not available, so we have not listed "single" as an option.
Your answer
Room sharing considerations: *
Please indicate if you snore (and how loudly) or any other potential roommate issues. Please come prepared with strategies to provide maximum consideration to your roomates, and maximum comfort for your personal needs. (I.e. if you snore, please look into solutions. If you're sensitive to sound, please bring earplugs.)
Your answer
Single Option:
There may be an option for single rooms at a 1000 RS per night surcharge X 14 nights = 14,000 RS. If you'd like to be considered for a single room, you may indicate your request below. NOTE: We cannot guarantee it for anyone, and single room availability is very unlikely. If you indicated your request on the registration form, you'll be informed upon arrival to the retreat venue if your single request can be accommodated. Please bring enough cash with you to pay the surcharge just in case; credit cards are not accepted. IMPORTANT: Please do not contact us to ask for an update on your single room request; because of multiple factors we truly won't know until everyone arrives. REQUEST: Please indicate your request below and tell us why you'd like a single room. (I.e. Do you snore loudly? Do you have a private health issue that you'd like to keep private? Do you simply prefer to room alone?)
