The UC Master Gardener Program of Sonoma County hosts half-day school field trips for school children: TK (Transitional Kindergarten) through third grade Sonoma County schools, including special needs students. Special scheduling consideration is given to schools in underserved communities. The field trips are held at The Children's Garden located in the Nokhnoma Teaching and Demonstration Garden* in Santa Rosa.
