This form is ONLY for youth ages 9-12 years old interested in attending the after school art class. The class is on a first come first serve basis.
Once this form has been submitted, the Final Registration Form with detailed instructions will be emailed to you.

Guideline age policy for the class.
The
child's age must fall between 9-12 years old to be registered for this
class. They either must have a birthday that falls within the first 2
months of the school year if they are currently 8 or have a birthday
after April 1st if they are currently 12.
Early Bird Registration cost will remain in effect through Oct. 15th.
Early bird cost: $190.00 1st child, $80 for each additional child/sibling
Regular cost: $250.00 1st child, $100 for each additional child/sibling
