Subsidised Retreat Application

We offer majorly subsidised retreat centre rental for groups who are organising around climate and/or land justice! 

If your group, organises for climate/land justice and has an annual operating budget of less than 100k and 3 paid staff or less you  are eligible to apply!

We have availability Dec 13th - 14th 2025

You don’t have to be an established organisation (you could be a group of friends!) and retreats do not need to have structured programming - you can apply to use the space for rest or connecting with nature or anything you like. 

We offer

  • We can host groups from 5 – 20 people overnight in up to 5 en-suite bedrooms with bunk beds (see photos below) for 1-2 night stays

  • We have a beautiful spacious conservatory which is shared with other groups and a commercial kitchen for self-catering (no meat)

  • The guest house sits on 7 acres of land, which includes a no-dig market garden, a forest garden and a small woodland.

  • The site is in use by many groups, so there may be a school visiting the farm on a day trip while you're here or other people on our long term programming staying in the rooms you're not using. It's a large site and you have plenty of room to yourselves. Feel free to get in touch to find out what other programming is on.
 
 

We ask

  • Cost: We will only charge for cleaning which is £250 in total.
  • We’d love to get a testimonial after your stay and share any photos you take :) We don’t specify on social media what groups are subsidised and what aren’t.
  • We’d love to learn a bit about the work you do while you’re here, and we’ll also offer you a tour of the site and an introduction to what we do at Sadeh.

 

We are able to offer 1 subsidised house rental per season (4 a year). We will update here, on our social media and on our newsletter when applications are open. If you are not successful you are welcome to hire the house at our usual rate.
