*AM camp are 2 hours, 10-12, $200, 
*PM camp are 2.5 hours, 1-3:30, $250.

You will receive a confirmation email after submitting this form.  That email along with payment will confirm your enrollment. Additional information will be emailed a week or so before the start of the camp. If you decide not to join or plans change, please notify Bothwell Pottery as soon as possible. *Fully refundable 2 weeks before the camp. *

Permission / Waiver Agreement: 

I hereby authorize/consent myself and/or my child to participate in the camp/class/activity at Bothwell Pottery. I agree not to hold Bothwell Pottery or its representatives responsible for any and all injuries sustained/suffered by the be participants during the activities. I also agree to waive any and all rights and claims for damages that I believe I may have against Bothwell Pottery as a result of participation in the activities.

I also authorize/consent Bothwell Pottery to use any photos, images or likenesses taken of myself and/or my child while at a Bothwell Pottery or at a class for presentation under any legal condition, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content. I understand that there shall be no payment for this release.

Payment options:
Fee due at registration, fully refundable up to 2 week before the start of camp. Please email if the name of the transaction does not match the name of the child.
