Exit 111 EMS Employment Request
National Event Services, Inc (NES) is a national provider of Event Medical staff, serving some of the largest music festivals in the country. Since the beginning of Bonnaroo, NES has provided the on-site medical services, for the thousands of patrons, staff, and artists that attend the annual festival. We are excited and looking forward to staffing the medical at the new Exit 111 festival held at the same site of Bonnaroo. If you are interested in joining the team for 2019, please fill out the below form in its entirety.
This form will be used to gather information of EMS providers' information to establish a list of personnel to work Exit 111 Festival being held in Manchester, TN October 11th to October 13th. Please answer these questions entirely. Beginning in late August, once your certifications are verified, we will reach out and start scheduling staff. Preference will be given to those staff that have worked with us at Bonnaroo.
