First, lemme lay down some ground rules:
- For non-weirdo SFW commissions, please head to Mr. Azul's commission form here.
- This is not a first-come-first-serve commission list. If I accept the commission, I'll contact you through the specified website.
- One form submission per person.
- I do business by PayPal invoices. If you don't have a PayPal, go get one before you commission me. :B
- Payment should be given upfront before I start on the commission.
- Once the commission is completed and uploaded, I cannot offer refunds.
- Feel free to contact me on the commission process after some time has passed. I can give you a basic synopsis of my current progress.
- If your idea does not get accepted after my submissions close, feel free to send the same idea again next time I open.
