Biddeford Painting Checklist
We are excited to be working with you! We are providing you with this list to prepare you for our visit and help us to be prepared for your individual needs. We have a bit of homework for you before our arrival: Please kindly
fill our form with your paint colors , the room they go in, and what sheen you want.  Section 2 is a checklist to help you prepare for our arrival.
What is Sheen?  (Click here for a short video)
Sheen is a spectrum of how paint reflects light.
*Flat is at the lowest end of the spectrum reflecting zero light, it can be a difficult sheen to clean. This is the best finish to use
on ceilings as you do not want your ceiling reflecting light.
*Eggshell is a popular choice, low light reflection, easier to clean than flat.
*Semi-gloss reflects a fair amount of light, deals with moisture, easy to clean and is durable. Our Trim recommendation.
*High-gloss reflects full light, deals with moisture, easy to clean and is durable. This sheen shows all imperfections. This is used in special circumstances.
For each room being painted please provide the following information

The name of the room
The name of the substrate (walls, ceiling, trim, cabinets)
The color
The Brand
The Sheen
If more than one substrate is being painted please state the substrate, color, sheen

example:
Bathroom, walls, Cinnamon Slate 2113-40, Benjamin Moore, Eggshell
Bathroom, ceiling, "ceiling white", Benjamin Moore, Flat
Primary Bedroom, walls,  Icicle OC-60Benjamin Moore, Eggshell
