Festive ICT and Friends University are also not responsible for any injuries, sickness, or any harm that one may undergo during the event. Festive ICT or Friends University are not responsible for any injury(s) that my occur during the KSF Free throw contest or at this event. The participant assumes all risk and is engaging in the contest solely by their own discretion and will.
