School Age Application for 2019–2020
You have arrived at the first step in the 2019-2020 Farmington Presbyterian School registration process. Please complete and submit a separate questionnaire for each child you plan to enroll.

Step two. We will send you a confirmation email acknowledging that your application was submitted.

Step three. Within three days a second email will be sent from one of the Directors concerning program availability for your child. If there is availability, you will be given a link for completing the Registration Packet.

Step four. You will be given 24 hours to complete and submit the Registration Packet.

Steps five & six. A final confirmation email will be sent to you and will include your invoice for payment.

Step seven. Please follow the instructions listed in the email for submitting payment within three days to secure your child’s spot in the Program.

A ($60) nonrefundable registration fee is required for every child each year. Program nonrefundable deposits are required for only the first child: one deposit ($100) for the School year and one deposit ($175) for Summer Camp. Both deposits will be posted as a credit to your first Summer Camp or School Program invoice.

BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS, August 12th thru May 22nd

Our Before & After Programs include Kindergarten through eight grade students.

SUMMER CAMP, June 3rd thru August 2nd
Summer Camp has a two week Program minimum and a weekly three day minimum fee of $35 per day. After minimums are met, the $35 daily fee is charged only for the actual days your child attends Camp during a week. Hours of operation are 7:00 to 6:00 daily.
