Kripalu Yoga - Register for Monday Flow and Restore (6:15-7:30pm) -This class is designed to cultivate mindfulness, integrate breath and movement, and help you achieve balance for the body and mind. Flow and Restore is a calming yet stimulating yoga class with a mix of active flowing sequences and more passive restorative release. Poses are held for a longer period of time allowing students to find their edge and soften into restful relaxation. Pranayama and meditation is also weaved into the class. Props are used as tools to become more aware of the body and listen to its feedback. This class is for all levels.***Bolsters, blocks, straps and blankets are props used to help you feel supported in your practice. (We have these props at the studio)

Kripalu Yoga - Register for Thursday Vinyasa Flow (4:15-5:30) ~Explore the foundational elements of Vinyasa with this approach it is designed to help you safely practice the basics while building heat. You will gradually grow into each posture and explore modified versions of poses which allow you to experience alignment in each pose at an intuitive level. This class although more rigorous and heat building than Monday's class is suitable for all levels.

Kripalu Yoga- Register for Saturday Sunrise Flow (9:15-10:30am)- ~Wake up and celebrate the start of a new day. This class will lead you through a Vinyasa yoga sequence focused on the opening the hips, quads and hamstrings, while also providing poses to strengthen your core and improve your balance. This class is for all levels.

Health Concerns - Please share with me any health concerns I should know prior to our practice together, You will sign a waiver prior to our first class. ***If registration is for children’s yoga please list your children’s health concerns such as allergies to food, insects, or animals.
Can you please share with me your experience with yoga:
Level 1 - Beginner- no prior experience.
Level 1/2 - Experienced Beginner - Taken classes and understand basic poses.
Level 2 - Intermediate - Good understanding of poses and breathwork.
Level 3 - Advanced Intermediate - Solid understanding and regular practice.
Please pay for your classes at the time of registration. $65/5 classes, $120/10 classes. $15 per class for 1-4 classes. I will pay by the following method:
