By clicking yes below you are saying that you have read, understand and agree to the following statement. The cost of the Virginia Beach SM is $4250.00. You may choose to personally pay for the cost of summer mission, however if you are raising support, the staff team of the Virginia Beach SM wants to help you be fully funded. The staff team has personally raised support for their ministry and understands what it takes to be fully funded. If you foresee having a balance when you arrive on mission, it is up to you to connect with your staff support raising coach. They would be more than happy to give you additional counsel on how to work towards being fully funded. The final due date to pay the $4250 in full is Sunday, June 20th. If you have a balance at this time, you will be required to pay with a check (you may only write a check if you have sufficient funds in your account) or a credit card. If you are paying with a credit card that your parents pay, you agree to make them fully aware of the charges you are occurring. We want this to be your last resort, but also want you to fulfill your financial responsibility.

You will be arriving on May 22nd unless you have previous approval from the Team Leaders.

Please give a general time you anticipate arriving. Please try to arrive between 1pm and 4pm. We will be having a welcome dinner at 5pm.

For example: American Flight 234 12:34pm May 22nd. Also, please fly into Norfolk International Airport. We will arrange a ride to pick you up from the airport upon your arrival. If you choose to arrive at a different airport, you will be on your own for transportation to Virginia Beach.
