Tate 2026-2027Student Driver Check Out
This form is for students who drive to school only!
Students may not ride with other students, unless a sibling living in the same household.
  • A parent/guardian must be contacted before a student will be checked out. (No one else on contact list will be contacted)
  • To ensure a timely check out, for appointments, please put in request 24 hours in advance; If sick, at least 30 minutes. Parent must be called, passes have to be ran to classrooms. This takes time.
  • Near holidays, dances, most Fridays and other important days, there are large numbers of checkout request. Requests will be processed in the order they come in. Please be patient. If you know your student will be checking out, put in your request the day before.
  • If you are 18, you still have to wait to be called by attendance. See above.
  • Students must have a registered parking decal to check out. If a student does not have a parking decal, a parent/guardian must come to the school to check the student out.
