Please submit request forms as soon as possible to allow us time to schedule your students’ exams. Forms must be received no later than 2 weeks before the exam date. Until you have received confirmation that we can assist with your exam accommodations, please do not cancel current arrangements.

Proctors for the Testing Services Center (TSC) WILL NOT administer exams if the student is more than 15 minutes late, or reschedule exam without the instructor's authorization.

All exams should be be in our possession 24 hours before the scheduled exam session. If you have chosen to hand deliver your exam documents to our office located at 227 Hunt Hall they must dropped into the secure drop box located immediately outside the door of the office. In order to achieve a more secure transfer staff members will no longer accept hand to hand deliveries. All exams delivered after the 24 hour deadline must include copies for every student including any specified formatting (i.e. 24pt font) and must be delivered within an hour of the exam's start time. In cases where the exam is not delivered within this hour, the Pilot Testing Center reserves the right to cancel the session. During Finals Week all exam documents must reach the TSC 24 hours before the scheduled exam session

Students may be assigned to exam rooms that include video monitoring. Faculty and their representatives may view the video upon request. Videos will be deleted two weeks after the scheduled exam date.
