Party guest list MUST be submitted at least 48 hours prior to event start. Persons not on the list will not be admitted.
You can expect an email confirmation within 2 days or up to 3 days if form is submitted on the weekend, once Pool Management has reviewed to approve and/or deny party date/time.
MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES: - Request permission from the pool management by completing and submitting Private Party Request Form below. - Members can choose to pay at the end of their party time or have their guests pay as they arrive. - Review and familiarize your guests with the Club rules and regulations. - Party area, grills and utensils used should be cleaned and all trash placed in a trash can or trash bag. - Member hosting will be charged if additional cleaning is required by Club staff.
REMEMBER:►NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES (jars, bottles, serving dishes, etc.). COOLERS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY THE STAFF.►NO SMOKING OR VAPING.►YOU MAY REQUEST ICE FROM SNACK BAR.►NO FLOTATION DEVICES OR SWIMMING AIDS ARE ALLOWED IN THE MAIN POOL.►CHILDREN MUST BE TOILET TRAINED TO USE THE MAIN POOL.►CHILDREN WHO ARE NOT TOILET TRAINED MUST WEAR A DIAPER AND RUBBER PANTS AT ALL TIMES IN THE CHILDREN’S POOL.
