Market research - ED recovery services
Hi there!
First of all, this questionnaire is 100% anonymous. I will never share your name/identifying info.

Would you please help me do a little research to improve my services as an eating disorder dietitian?

If you've had/have an eating disorder, I would love as much information as you can share in the following questions. I want to change the industry from how it is always done, and you can help make that difference!

I'm not asking you to be a client (unless you'd like to be), and I won't put you on my email list for doing this. It's just the questions below.

Thank you so, so much!!
Please share with others you know have EDs.

Libby Parker, MS, RD
