Community West Land Request
Thanks for your interest in renting the Community West land for your event! This form is the first step towards submitting your request. Unfortunately not every date is available and not all events are approved, but we'll do our best to make your request happen.

Here's the step-by-step process:

1. Fill in the information below, so we can ensure the land is available for your event on the date requested.
2. Once your event has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. We'll then send you a separate Land Use Request Form, asking for a few more details about your event.
4. We will need a certificate of personal liability insurance from your insurance company.
5. Finally, we ask for a coverage cost of $250 to help defray the cost of maintenance of the land.

Due to the large number of requests, please allow 1-2 business days for a response before contacting us again. We look forward to hearing from you and helping you plan your event!
