Private offices at Impact Hub Baltimore accommodate 1 to 8 memberships (depending on the size of the Office) with a lockable door and access to all Impact Hub amenities. Rental rates include utilities, a mailbox, 24/7 front door access, and access to a shared kitchen, meeting rooms, printing, coffee, and fast WiFi. Furniture is also available upon request for an additional monthly rental fee. 

Impact Hub Baltimore works to create a vibrant, active, collaborative community. We are seeking organizations that are advancing economic opportunity and racial equity in Baltimore. We prioritize office members who align with this goal and will be regularly present and contribute to the collaborative culture of the space. Our mission is to advance equity and so our accessible pricing model demonstrates our solidarity using a sliding scale and customized terms. We will follow up to discuss flexible options like extended leases, partnerships, and other innovative ideas.
