Hall Rental Agreement and Policy

*General Guidelines*

The primary purpose of the RPAC Hall is to provide a facility for community related activities, events, parties, and celebrations. This is a non smoking facility.  

RPAC does not advocate or endorse the viewpoints of those renting the hall. The use of the RPAC hall may not be publicized in such a way as to imply RPAC sponsorship of the activity.  The name, address, or telephone number of the Ridley Park Athletic Club may not be used as a contact.

*Reserving the Hall*

Reservations for use must be made in advance and will be honored on a first come, first serve basis.  Reservations can be made online and at this time, the reserver must agree to assume full responsibility for any damage to RPAC property which may result from the rental.

Maximum Rental Hall capacity is 90 people.

When renting the hall, access to the on site kitchen is provided.  It is expected that at the end of an event the following items are handled by the renter:

---all trash is removed and disposed of in the dumpster located next to the hall
---all chairs and tables are broken down, folded, and replaced to the original location
---both kitchen and hall is cleaned and left the way it was when entering the facility
---no food or drinks should be left in the kitchen or kitchen refrigerator

Access to the hall will be granted up to 5 hours prior to the event start time.

There shall be no trespassing or use of the downstairs meeting room or basement during the time of hall rental.

*Fees*

The hall rental fee is $300 which is expected at the time of reservation as well as a refundable (upon inspection) $50 cleaning fee.  After inspection of hall after use, the $50 cleaning will be returned to the renter if the above criteria has been met.  If cleaning needs to be done after inspection, the cleaning fee will not be returned and will be used for professional cleaning services.

This payment may be made through Venmo, Paypal, or check.

Rentals may be cancelled within the appropriate time limit:

30 days or more: full refund
15 days or more: 1/2 refund
14 days or less: no refund
