Thank you very much for your interest in running a panel at Vanhoover Pony Expo! Please fill out the following form and you'll be on your way to hosting a panel of your very own.

The "~" indicates an approximate time. Please note that all 18+ rated panels will be scheduled as After Dark regardless of time preference.
Morning (~9:00 AM -- 12:00 PM)
Afternoon (12:00 PM -- ~7:00 PM)
Evening (~7:00 PM -- ~11:00 PM)
After Dark (18+ panels; ~9:00 PM -- ~12:00 AM)
How much time will you need to run your panel?

Do you have a day that you prefer to host your panel?
We will do our best to be as accommodating as possible when it comes to your preferred day.
Sunday (Before late afternoon)
Do you require any additional equipment like projector, microphones, or speakers?
If you require a projector do you have a HDMI or VGA adapter for your laptop?
What level of internet access will you need to run your panel successfully?
Please note that large bandwidth internet access will be subject to availability from the hotel and is not guaranteed.

Open concept (little or no chairs)
What content rating will your panel fall under?
This will be added to your panel's title in the schedule. Keep in mind that all 18+ events are automatically scheduled between ~9:00 PM and ~12:00 AM
Kid's Events (Specifically tailored towards kids)
Regular Panels/PG-13 (May contain subject matter that will be difficult for the younger ones but no offensive material)
18+ (there are mature themes and there may be language used that is not suitable for the young ones)
