2023 Vacation Bible School Registration
Complete this form to register children for Vacation Bible School on June 26–30, 2023.
Kids age three (must be toilet trained) through (just completed) 5th grade are invited for a week of in-person faith, fun and more! Staff and volunteers from Bethlehem Lutheran (BLC) and First Evangelical Lutheran Church (FELC) will lead stories, activities, songs, games, and this week of faith and relationship building.
Our goal, despite the persistence of Covid-19, has not changed: to provide a safe and faith filled week of fun for our community. Up to four children per family can be registered on one form. Items marked with asterisk must be completed6

Covid-19 Release: by accepting below to register my child, I acknowledge I will not bring my child if he/she/they hasCovid-19, has any Covid-19 symptoms (fever, loss of smell, fatigue, cough, runny nose, etc.), or has been recently exposed by close contact with a person who has recently been diagnosed with Covid-19. Additionally, if my child tests positive for Covid-19 during the VBS week, I will not bring my child to camp, and I will let Gary know. *
