Instructions:
* Nominees must be females currently in 7th grade who are excited by science and/or math.
* Nominate no more than four female students per school. If multiple teachers at a school
participate in the nomination process, they should agree on the students nominated.
* Rank your nominees according to which girls would benefit most from Tech Trek based on the criteria in the invitation email. In this form there is a section for each of your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th nominees.
* Provide the name of each student nominated, her parents’ or guardians’ names and contact information, and answer the questions on the form as fully as you are able.
* Provide your name(s) and the information requested.
Use as much space as needed. Your knowledge and observations of each student are very important to us. The more information you provide, the better we are able to evaluate each applicant.
Submit the completed forms by Friday, January 27, 2023.
