Our concept is a healthy one and we cater to many dietary lifestyles such as vegan, vegetarian, keto, paleo, & pescatarian. The restaurant is located in the very hip and eclectic Parlor building in Downtown KC. We share the space with 5 other restaurants, 2 bars, and an event space. With our food truck we go to different places every day, meet new people, and experience different fun events. Cooking experience is not necessary but must be able to multi-task, is detail orientated and enjoy fast paced environments! The pay is $10-12/hr + tips (averages out to be $15-$20/hr)

REQUIREMENTS, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND EXPECTATIONS

Greet customers with a friendly smile and take beverage & food orders.
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and/or cooking methods.
Prep food & stock supplies. (There is not much cooking with our concept)
Keep kitchen and working areas clean
Be on time
