Lunch Walking Club
Lunch Walking Club will be a time for students to eat lunch together and walk around the building (outside)- if rain we reschedule for the following day during lunch. The purpose of the club is to make friends and spend time together!

This club is  open to students in 5th and 6th grade. To apply for this club, please complete and submit this form by Wednesday, August 27th

This application serves as a permission form for your child to participate in this club. By filling out and submitting this form, you agree to allow your child to participate in this club. The club will meet during lunch from 12-12:45 on Wednesdays for the following dates: 9/3, 9/10, 9/17, 9/24, 10/1, 10/8

Please note that this club has a maximum capacity of 15 students. Students will be chosen randomly should there be more than 15 students that apply. Club sponsors will notify you via email of acceptance and any additional club information. Upon acceptance into the club, it is very important that your child attend club sessions.
