This is the official Matsuricon 2020 Group Shoot request form.

These group shoots are run by attendees and there is no guarantee a Matsuricon member will be available to assist running your shoot. We will assign locations based on initial input and number of expected attendees to the group shoots.

All Group Shoots will have an official Group shoot Facebook page to help coordinate attendees. Please do not make one before you are approved.

All Photoshoot leaders need to be of at least 16 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age you will need to have a co-leader to assist.
