To be considered for our panelist application process you must complete this form. To submit multiple panels you must complete multiple forms.

Panel submissions will close June 9th 2022. You will be notified of acceptance by June 30th 2022. You will then need to confirm your acceptance no later than July 20th 2022.

Before filling out this form please be sure you have read our Panel Rules and Guidelines for the 2022 year. And as a reminder Matsuricon does run panels until 2a.m.
