#IALASStepsUp Awards
IALAS members believe that they have the capacity to change the lives of students and the communities which they serve. That was put to the test recently as schools across the state were forced to close their doors; moving learning and other key functions into a state of limbo. IALAS would like to recognize the leaders who have continued this belief to empower students, parents, and communities, even in the face of adversity & uncertainty. Please consider recognizing a teacher leader or administrator who has continued to fight for students, empower parents, and support communities in their time of need. #IALASStepsUp will celebrate those who have made it possible to provide children and their families the resources necessary to weather the most recent storms.
