Jane Austen Dancers of Bath - new starter registration form
Thank you for showing an interest in coming along to our Regency Dance classes! We're excited to share this wonderful era of dance with you. We need a few bits of information to process your registration. Each question includes a description of why we need the information. We will also collect your email address, so that we can contact you to confirm registration and send you class details. 

Your email address and responses will only be accessed by committee members of the Jane Austen Dancers of Bath for the purposes processing your registration, contacting you about the class and supporting you during the class. They will not be passed on to any of our members or to any third party. 

Your contact information and other responses will be stored on the committee's Google Drive for 1 year to allow us to monitor our annual new starter enquiries, after which it will be deleted from our system. If you wish for your details to be removed sooner, please contact us. There will be a follow up form after class, should you wish to be added to our general mailing list.

This is so that we know how many people to expect. We welcome large groups, but there may be occasions where it is not possible for us to accommodate you. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Do you have any previous Regency dance experience? *
Previous Regency dance experience is not a requirement and we welcome complete beginners.  This question allows us to gauge how best to support you at class. It also helps us to understand the overall trends in our new starters.
Do you have any other dance experience (select all that apply)? *
Previous dance experience is not a requirement and we welcome non-dancers. This question allows us to gauge how best to support you at class. It also helps us to understand the overall trends in our new starters.

We are asking this question because if "yes", we will need to discuss some additional details with you before we process your registration.
