This is the form to sign up to receive a free at-home HIV testing kit!

The drop-off kit includes:

1 OraQuick Rapid HIV Test
Information on local health services including HIV Care, what to do if you test positive, and harm reduction services.
Optional Narcan Kit by request

The tests are quick and easy and deliver test results in about 20 minutes. These tests are highly accurate and used by professionals, but designed for at-home use. We will only provide test kits for folks who are 18+.

At this time we are able to deliver to Corvallis/Philomath, if you are in Albany or somewhere else and would like to arrange a delivery message us at hausofdharma@gmail.com. You do not need to be a Benton County resident, and we can drop off the test wherever is convenient for you (at home, a public location, on campus, your office, at a friend's house, etc.). For COVID safety all tests will be dropped by off by fully-vaccinated, fully-boosted, and masked individual.

We are not medical providers and cannot provide medical care or services, but we can help you connect with appropriate services as needed.

Things like your address and phone number are required so we know where to drop off your test/if we need help finding your delivery spot! This information is not shared or accessible to anyone except the folks dropping off your test kit.
