~Must be paying for college with a form of financial assistance (student loan, FASFA, etc)
~Between the age of 18-25 years old
~Florida Resident of one of the following counties: Martin, St Lucie, Okeechobee, Palm Beach or Indian River
~GPA 2.5 and above
