2.. Terms of Cancellation:

Member acknowledges that they are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in their membership agreement.

Member agrees to pay any outstanding dues or fees owed to the Gym up to the cancellation date.

Member understands that cancellation of the membership does not relieve them of any financial obligations incurred prior to the cancellation date.

Member acknowledges that any unused portion of prepaid membership fees is non-refundable.

Member agrees to return any access cards, keys, or other gym property in their possession to the Gym upon cancellation.

Member understands that any outstanding balances owed to the Gym may be sent to collections if not paid in a timely manner.

3. Confirmation of Cancellation:

Upon receipt of this Agreement and payment of any outstanding dues, the Gym will process the cancellation request.

4. Acknowledgment:

Member acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement.

Member agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

5. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of state of Georgia, USA.
