Cost: $15 for CDS-Boston members, $20 for non-members, sliding scale of $5-$25.

There will be capacity limits, so pre-registration is encouraged if you plan to attend. Depending on available space, there may be admittance at the door for people who have not pre-registered. Registrations will be considered in the order received. Please indicate if you wish to attend with another person, and know that each of you needs to complete your own registration form.

You do not need to register if you do not plan to attend the dance.

You do not need to have a Google account to complete this form.

Please note the following safety measures:
1.  All attendees must be fully vaccinated, including booster, or present a negative Covid PCR test performed within 24 hours of the event. Covid antigen tests, whether done at home or medical facility, will NOT be accepted. You may be asked to provide a government issued picture ID, such as a driver's license, to verify your identity.
2.  Masks must be worn at all times in the dance hall except when drinking. We encourage you to bring straws which can fit under your mask. The only acceptable masks are KF94 or KN95.
3. The hall is adequately ventilated.
4. If Covid rates worsen significantly, the dance may be canceled and we will let you know via email.
5. No food or refreshments will be served. Please bring your own water bottle.
6. We encourage you to do a home rapid antigen test before the dance.
7. If you are not feeling well and have any cold-like symptoms or have had exposure to someone with documented active Covid in the past week, please do not come.
8. Should you test positive for Covid within 5 days after the dance, please notify us at covid-report@cds-boston.org for contact tracing purposes.
