Take Charge of Your Diabetes
A six-week evidence-based program that helps individuals take day-to-day responsibility for their diabetes care. Participants gain skills necessary to self-manage their diabetes and work effectively with their healthcare professionals.

Led by trained University of Tennessee Extension Agents, Patsy Watkins (Williamson County) and Autumn Vespie (Hickman County).

Open to adults of all ages with or without diabetes. Maybe you are a caregiver, spouse or family member of a diabetic. You might have a family history of diabetes and want to know how to prevent it. All are welcome.

The program is free, but registration is required.

Dates: Thursdays, Nov. 4, 11, 18 and Dec. 2, 9, 16
Time: 10:00 a.m. until Noon
Location: Via Zoom. (Zoom link and password will be emailed to you after you register)
