If you identified 1 or more symptoms from box A or 2 or more symptoms from box B, STAY HOME and notify the attendance office.
You may return to school when:
Symptomatic and not tested: exclude for 10 days from symptom onset AND at least 24 hours fever free (if present)  AND improved symptoms; OR

Symptomatic and medically cleared by Health Care Provider: exclude until fever-free for 24 hours (if fever present) and symptoms improving; OR  

Symptomatic with a negative test: exclude until fever free for 24 hours (if fever present) AND symptoms improved.
