FSAS Grant Application 2018/19
Please use this online form to submit your FSAS grant for the 2018/19 school year. Please note, you will want to be ready to submit your entire form in ONE sitting as you could lose your work if you do not do so. To download a template for offline authoring, go to the following link:

To include an attachment to support your grant, simply email the attachment to Steve Laatsch (laatschs@salineschools.org) and it will be included in your online submission.

KEY DATES:
* November 15, 2018 - Online Grant Application due to Steve Laatsch (laatschs@salineschools.org)
* March 15, 2019 - Grant Spending Deadline.
* April, 2019- A general summary and supporting picture or video (to be used at the FSAS Spring Reception)
* May, 2019 - Outcomes and Budget

NOTE: Supplies and equipment purchased with grant funds become the property of the Saline Area School District.On occasion, FSAS may publicize grant applications to use for promotional activities.If for any reason a grant recipient is unable to administer the approved project, the grant funding will be reallocated by the Foundation.
